HOW TO ORDER

Minimum Order for HO Train merchandise is $50.00

Personal checks and money orders are accepted and will have to clear before order is shipped usually two weeks.

We use paypal for credit card purchases and there will be a 4% fee added to the total. Merchandise is shipped and soon as payment received.

Texas residents must add 8.25% sales tax.

All HO Train merchandise is new unless otherwise noted and comes with the full manufacturers warranty. Defective merchandise must be returned to manufacturer no exceptions.

HOW TO RESERVE AN ORDER

To reserve an order we require a 20% down payment. A lot of items arrive over a period of time like ordering Walthers name trains. We will ship each item as it arrives after receiving payment in full for that item. The down payment will be applied to the last item shipped completing the order. Most reserved orders will save you up to 30% off msrp. Let us know what you want and we will be glad to give you a quote you cannot beat! Refunds on pre-orders will only be given when merchandise is sold. We have to do this to keep the deep discounts we offer. No exceptions.

Estimated Shipping and Handling:

Shipping charges for services are exact cost and will not be quoted or estimated prior to order confirmation. We ship via the lowest cost shipper based on your location.

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA USPS PRIORITY MAIL OR UPS.

Please note that our shipping costs include shipping and handling (shipping materials) costs. All items are packaged well in a box or bubble envelope for shipping. If express mail is wanted/needed please contact so a price can be obtained.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS; please contact us as per shipping costs. All costs are received from USPS to give an actual cost plus shipping and handling. Please note that International deliveries can take up to 4 weeks depending on where you are. We guarantee delivery up to the point when item leaves US.
Custom identification number will be sent for you to track when it gets to your country.

BUYERS IN MEXICO: As per previous paragraph, custom identification number will be sent for you to track. We have seen a chain of transactions to Mexico disappear once in your country. We will guarantee the package up to the point of leaving US, once in Mexico we DO NOT guarantee delivery and will not take responsibility for delivery. Please purchase according to this paragraph, as we can not refund money for items when they do not arrive to you International Buyers
